lavoro da dieci giorni senza sosta

Lavoro da dieci giorni senza sosta scusami se non sono stato presente

Does this mean the person is still working or has been working? - the 'da' is confusing me a bit

My translation on this is:

Sorry I've not been in touch but (at the moment) I'm working for 10 days without a break or ......... I've been working the last 10 days without a break.

    England, English
Present tense + da means I have been verbing for..... and still am.

So he/she has been working for 10 days non-stop.
