Layered mouthfeel

    I found this in an article on wine and am really struggling for the translation. Can anyone help me?

    It's an awful, wanky phrase...if I were you I wouldn't want to translate it :p.
    (But Jetset's reply seems about right.)

    en œnologie, on parlerait de "complexité" du vin : "plusieurs impressions gustatives successives en bouche"
