Vitagen is a milk brand. It has LB origional and LB special flaours. I wonder if LB stand for something specific. (It has heart pictures on the bottles.)

Is there a number before the "lb"? If so, it's probably an abbreviation for pound. This doesn't seem to fit from the context you're giving though.

It took a little research, but I finally found this:

    http://www.ipsofactoj.com/archive/1978/Part2/arc1978(2)-005.htm
The plaintiffs say that they have used ‘LB’ to describe one of the flavours of their drink; that they have also used in their advertising the expression ‘LB Factor’ in order to denote the principal beneficial ingredient in their product; that ‘LB’ refers to ‘Lactobacillus’ which is a bacteria found in all ‘VITAGEN’ drinks and that ‘LB’ is their trademark.
