    The moment/time that he comes

    The day that he comes

Ou is a relative pronoun in this case, and in English we usually use that. When is also a possibility.:)

The moment= veut aussi dire: Dès que/aussitôt que

    My personal preferences:

Le moment où il viendra, nous nous mettrons à table.

"We'll start eating the moment he gets here (arrives)."

Le jour où il viendra, nous partirons pour l'Espagne.

"The day he gets here (arrives), we'll leave for Spain."

I know it's a bit off topic, and maybe "venir" isn't the most likely to be used word in these situations in French, but "come" would not be used nearly as often as "arrive" or "get here."
