I'm having trouble finding an appropriate translation for the above. It is a title for a speech, letter, report etc., commonly found on meeting agendas, websites, as a preface to a company report etc.

"Letter" or "note" don't seem appropriate. "A few words" seems too informal.

    Any suggestions?

All great suggestions. Thankyou. I don't think I'm going to find a one-size-fits-all solution, so I'll note them all down and use whichever one seems most appropriate at the time. Please feel free to add more suggestions.
