Hi all,

Looking for the French translation of the above, and 'leader' just sounds too 'franglais' [sic] for me, even if I spell it 'leadeur.'

"Your continued guidance will assure the success and development of additional leaders in our organization."

One of the goals of the organization is to develop leadership skills (& foster volunteerism, etc.).

I'm thinking of using 'dirigeant' because 'chef' seems to have a more political connotation.

Thanks, in advance!:D

P.S. I work for a fraternal benefit organization, and this letter is addressed to a district coordinator, if that helps.

    France, French
En effet, leader ne conviendrait pas en français, de toutes façons, Beth.

    Responsables irait bien, je pense.
