The following sentences discuss the disadvantage of multitasking but Iam not sure whatthe underlined part mean. Can you help me?

In one study, subjects were instructed to write a report and check their email. The multitaskers took one and a half times longer than those who completed one task before starting another. This more leisurely work pace will no doubt appeal to many.

It refers to the rhythm in which people will work, one in which you will be allowed to perform tasks having more leisure, or more freely. This pace will be more attractive or alluring to people.

    That's what I understand as a non-native speaker.
