Hi!
What is the meaning of this sentence:
"In the days when his father let out all five grades at once, he worried that he mightn't see Peter in time..."
I can't give a lot of background, since it is the very first sentence of a short-story.

    I really can't tell you without context. The best I can do as is is assume the father is a school teacher, and he's letting out the kids from all the grades.
