The following is an offer to a friend of mine. Would I need 'together' after 'chat'?

Let's have some drink and chat sometime!

No need for "together" – it's implied in the invitation. I would recommend one of these:

Let's have a drink and chat sometime.
    Let's have a drink sometime.
Let's get together for a drink sometime.

The "and chat" is implied in the last two.
