Levantine Arabic: darts (stitches)

I'm wondering about tailoring terminology in Beirut. I would like to get a few shirts made, but I'm not sure how to ask for two things:

Darts: stitches holding together small folds of fabric in the lower back in order to keep the shirt from billowing out over one's trousers (could this be as simple as: دَرْزَة?)

Probably I can get these points across without the technical terms, but it doesn't hurt to know them. Cheers! :)

Hi! In Syria, it's called بانس (bans) or بانسة (bansa), not sure about the Lebanese version, but it's probably the same, at least I'm sure they'll know what it means;)
