Hello,

How do we provide the level of competence in a CV or a resume in English? Is there a particular format?

Ex. " Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced skills in image processing"

Thanks

It depends what you are referring to and whether there is a recognized system of qualifications/assessment.

When referring to skills such as your example we might tend to say
    Skilled in simple image processing
    Skilled in image processing
    Highly skilled in image processing

We would tend to use beginner/intermediate for skills where there is a generally understood scale, such as language skills.
