leveragers

The chapter talks about assembling a "posse"; a network of people who are supportive in business. And the author mentions "leveragers" as part of the posse. "Being overleveraged means you're taking on too much... If you have the financial resources, don't let social expectations or guilt stop you from hiring the people who can make your life easier. They can help you leverage time and energy."
What does "leveragers" mean here? People who help to reduce burdens? and "overleveraged" overburdened ?

  • "To whom can you delegate the things you don't have time for? It might make more financial sense to pay someone else if it helps free up time that allows you to focus on your career. We talk with too many women who are overworked, and not just because of their employment."

I have the idea that it is something like the model followed in many law firms: a partner is experienced and makes high-level decisions on strategy. Beneath her, there may be many junior lawyers implementing those plans. Beneath them may be even more students doing the grunt work.

In this way, the most senior person spends as much as possible working on things that only she is capable of doing (on many files), while the many juniors take the burden of the lower level work.

I think she is a leveraged in this scenario.

She's leveraged then means she has some of the burden taken off her shoulders, right? But, "leverager" is the person who helps in taking off these burdens? and "being overleveraged" instead of its literal meaning "having taken on too much debt," they "have taken on too many responsibilities or burdens?"
