Liarlo más todo

I am having a hard time translating this phrase that was sent to me by my friend from Spain. She is updating me on her life and this line is confusing:

"Más cosas, para liarlo más todo me he liado con el americano"

I understand "liar" is to have an affair but what is the meaning of "liarlo más todo"?
