I'm having trouble finding the correct form to say "Licenciatura en"

Cuál es la opción correcta de entre las siguientes opciones?

1. Bachelor Degree in Music
2. Bachelor's Degree in Music
3. Bachelor Degree of Music
4. Bachelor's Degree of Music

Según nuestro diccionario se pondría sin genitivo sajón.

En cuanto a 'of' / 'in', entiendo que ambos valen, aunque creo que 'of' debe ser más genérico (Arts/Science) mientras 'in' es específico (in Advertising, in Business Administration...)
