He and his wife moved in more than a year ago, and they’ve decorated their house fabulously: gravelike mounds of dirt, with skeleton arms and skulls crawling up from the beyond. Like no spooky decoration I’ve seen before.


does this boldfaced sentence mean that the decoration her neighbor put up is not spooky cause she has seen things like this very often?

    Quite the opposite -- it's like nothing he's ever seen before. It's amazing/incredible/unique (one of those).
