I have a text that talks of blocked numbers and call intercepts, and I hesitate with liste blanche I first did blank list but ...

une liste de numéro autorisé (liste blanche, liste VIP) à appeler avec numéro masqué

how would a blank list be part of a list of permitted calls?

Is it white list? As in there's perhaps a 'red list' (or similar) that you're not permitted to call and the 'white list' is numbers you are authorised to call?
