Hello. I'm wondering what is the word that is most commonly used to describe a lazy person, who doesn't go to work and spends all their time playing videogames in his/her parents' basement?

    Also: "a layabout".

It's difficult to say which term is "most commonly used": I don't know of any statistics. I imagine that there are regional/national variations and preferences: I don't hear YLR!'s "goof-off" around here, for example.
