Peut-être j'ai besoin d'une dictionaire de vin, mais qu'est-ce que ça veut dire, quand on parle de goûter le vin, "long en bouche"? (Comment est-ce qu'on dit ça en anglais?)

"Plus ce parfum restera dans votre bouche, plus on dira que le vin est long en bouche."

    It "lingers on the palate". On dit aussi "It has legs" mais le sens ici est un peu different. Il veut dire que le vin a du corps.

    long: A very desirable trait in any fine wine is that it be long in the mouth. Long (or length) relates to a wine's finish, meaning that after you swallow the wine, you sense its presence for a long time. (Thirty seconds to several minutes is great length.) In a young wine, the difference between something good and something great is the length of the wine.
