I am new at the forum. Currently I am working as a Marketing Assistant at a multinational company.

I am writing to one of our clients about an invoice and would like to know the difference between: "We are looking forward to have" and "We are looking forward to having".

The language between our client and us is quite informal. Would it be correct to write: "We are looking forward to have the invoice settled"?

    Thank you for helping!

    Kind regards,

No. "Looking forward" ALWAYS requires a gerund (-ing_ form after it. So it is "We are looking forward to having"

    Tack så mycket!

I was not sure; I had found both versions at Official websites.

Anyway, Thank you very much for the quick response!
