Looks spamy (spammy)

Hello!

I have a question about the word "Spamy", I know the English term "Spam", so I guess that "Looks Spamy" (in Internet and e-mails) means for "a web page that has a lot of spam or is spam by itself". Is this right? may it have another connotation? this phrase is understandable for a English speaker?

I have never heard "Spam" as an adjective, but if it were, it would be spelled, "spammy."

I would say that "looks spammy" means that it looks as if it contains (or is) spam.
