Cuold you tell me the meaning of "low bars"? And "set"? These are words of the song "Anythingh goes" (1934).

Hi,
"Set" in this context means "gruppo di persone".
I'm pretty sure that "low bars" would mean something like "un bar di/della classe inferiore".
