low E glass

In the context of building construction, I have a description of the type of glass used on some energy efficient windows. It reads Toughened laminated glass double glazed, low E.

I'm assuming low E stands for low energy, but I am not sure how to translate it. So far I have:

Verre feuilleté trempé, double vitrage, ... ?

    Le GDT donne verre énergétique pour low emissivity window glass, mais le terme apparaît surtout sur des sites canadiens.
    Sur des sites de menuiseries française, j'ai vu verre (très) basse émissivité.
