OK. If a "low neck" in a dress is what shows a generous portion of a woman's brest, than it is an "abito scollato" or "abito con un'ampia (/profonda) scollatura". On a women's dress the "scollatura" is also (and often) referred to with the French word "decolleté"
Sì "decolleté" esiste anche nel mio dizionario per l'Inglese pero ho visto che si trata da una parola in francese. Intentevo proprio quello. Grazie ancora.
