Luckily/With any luck

Hello everyone. I'd like to know if "luckily" is usually used with a past tense verb and "with any luck" with a future tense.

    No veo cuál sería la razón gramatical para usar un adverbio y una locución adverbial con diferentes tiempos verbales. Hasta donde yo sé, eso no ocurre en ninguna lengua.

    ¿Dónde has leído u oído semejante regla?
