    Maybe "the last word is yours" or "I think you should have the last word (on this subject)".

    thanks, but mine is a very formal context. The complete sentence in Italian is
    L'ultima parola spetta a X, fondatore della Y, azienda leader....

    I see. If it has to do with a decision to be made, maybe you could say "the final decision rests with X...". I'm sure a native speaker will come to the rescue very soon:)
