Does Luminescence here refer to the Luminescence of your bod? That is, it refers to the the appearance of your skin of being radiant and charming?

Thanks in advance

Luminescence can be had naturally: Eating fruits and veggies heavy on water, vitamins, and antioxidants (like berries, tomatoes, watermelon, and kale) keeps skin radiant, says Dr. Day. Does Luminescence here refer to the Luminescence of your bod?
    Do you mean body?
Note that "bod" is informal and seems very out of place in a sentence with the word "luminescence.":)

Yes, I believe that the author is saying that the body can have a natural glowing quality.
The skin can appear radiant and glowing.
Note that I have never heard "charming" used to describe skin.

The title of the same report in the printed version is:

Quit Baking Your Bod (for Good!)

Bod is indeed referred to body.
