maglia vs. maglietta

Hi!

Could you please tell me the English for this ?
Is "top" ok? even if it is for men?
In Italian it would be "maglia" or "maglietta"... long sleeves... made of cotton, usually

    ;)For men, "pullover shirt" is usually sufficient.:)

    EDIT: You can also say "long sleeve T-shirt" as in the link in the next post. It is starting to get close to what I would call a "jersey."

    Like this one... I mean... is T-shirt ok even if it has long sleeves?

    ho una tabella da tradurre, senza un contesto di riferimento.

    mi aiutereste a tradurre in inglese camicia, maglia e maglietta?

    se camicia è shirt e maglietta è t-shirt, come traduco maglia in generale senza voler specificare che sia long-sleeves oppure in jersey?
