Este es el nombre de un documento que se utiliza a bordo de las aéronaves, y que, al parecer, es de uso exclusivo de la tripulación. Quisiera saber cómo se dice en inglés. Gracias.

Tal vez "General Declaration". Pero te conviene esperar más opiniones.

It's called a "flight manifest". It's the document that specifies the aircraft type, how many passengers it is carrying, how much fuel in on board, the takeoff weight, etc., etc., and it has to be presented to the airport authorities before the plane is cleared for takeoff.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but what you are describing sounds to me as the "flight plan": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_plan
The term "flight manifest" however, might be just what kazijistan is looking for:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_manifest

Sorry, you're absolutely right, Fantasmagórico, I was getting my plans and my manifests mixed up! The manifest is just the passenger list.
