    Hello Paddy O'Driscoll,

I'm afraid I don't quite understand your message. The sentence translations are currently as Michelvar has shown them. There was an earlier translation on this page, which read "He really misses his father since he left", but that is also correct (although it has slipped in an adverb that isn't in the French sentence). There has never been a translation that says his father misses him. I cannot see anything that needs changing or correcting here.
