marinade de gibier

Hello all,

Does anybody know what this should be as a dish on a restaurant menu? Would you say 'marinade of game' / 'game marinade' / 'marinated game'?

I know that marinade can be either the liquid used to marinate, or the meat/fish marinated in the marinade, but I'm not sure if it would be normal to describe the dish as a 'marinade' (I'm a vegetarian!).

All suggestions gratefully received.
