Do I have to add 'as' after mark?

If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you will be marked as absent.
If you are late by more than 5 minutes, you will be marked as late.

By the way, in the above sentence, if you are late by more than 15 mimutes is correct? I mean do I have to add by or not?

The way that sentence is structured, i would keep the "by". It could be done another way, though, without the "by":

"If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you'll be marked as absent."
"If you are more than 15 minutes late, you'll be marked as absent."
