I would like to know if the term "mass meeting" is normally used here of if it is better to say "concentration". And I would like to know if the style is correct here.

I would like to inform you that the Works committee
has communicated us, with the document attached, the calling
of a mass meeting for all XXX workers at the entrance of the
company, during the break hours 09:30 to 10:00 in order to support
    the negotiating table.

    Thank you!!

Mass seems redundant here. If you are calling a meeting, there would be a mass of people, hopefully. "...the Works Committee has communicated with us (document attached) calling for a meeting for all workers at the company entrance in order to support the negotiations."
