He encontrado el término "massive infusive of research funding" en el siguiente texto:

"A massive infusive of research funding has recently been provided to scientists throughout the world in hopes of discovering the causes and cures of Alzheimer’s disease."

    In`fu´sive

a.1.Having the power of infusion; inspiring; influencing. The infusive force of Spirit on man. - Thomson.

En este texto ¿ a qué se refiere?

    Muchas gracias.

Funding is often said to be made in "infusions" as if the money is poured into the problem.

"Infusive" would be an adjective-- if you read the dictionary definition, it is defined as such.
