Mc Gregor or McGregor

Is this the right way to write "Mc Gregor" or this other way "McGregor" with the c and G touching each other?.

To my knowledge they are written as one word, two capital letters.

Yes, they're always written as one word. Another version is MacGregor, as used by my namesake Ewan MacGregor.

Discerning folk may have noticed that I was (just for a change) inadvertently talking bølløcks in post #3 ~ that other Ewan spells his name McGregor.
