Meaning of "broad" as a noun

In a menu of a restaurant, I read :

Red rock crab tossed in our homemade sauce, fettuccini, green onions, mushrooms, served with garlic broad.

What is the meaning of "broad" in this case? I didn't find any clue in broad - English-French Dictionary WordReference.com

Merci OLN pour cette réponse rapide. Si c'est une coquille, elle est "double". Effectivement, un "pain à l'ail" en accompagnement semble plus "relevant".
Je vais quand même attendre les réactions éventuelles des autochtones anglophones.

I think the only other possible reading might be if garlic is a misspelling of Gallic?

Yes, it's definitely a typo.
It's meant to say garlic bread.

And despite the fact that it's a seafood dish, there are no other coquilles around.....
