Mention Complémentaire Accueil Réception

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to translate CVs for my students who would like to apply for jobs in England.
I find it hard to find out equivalents for the following diplomas:
- Mention Complémentaire Accueil Réception

Also, do English CVs still have this sentence to describe the applicant?

If you can help me, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart! It will help me so much!

The part you are talking about is called the 'personal statement'.
You usually describe some of your personal qualities which show you would be a good employee!

It is a personal choice whether or not to use it, but I think it's usually better not to. In my experience, I have found that employers here prefer CV's to be short and straight to the point.
