(...); OR THE OWNERSHIP, MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH RESULTS OR OF ANY SUCH INVENTION OR PRODUCT.

¿Sabe alguien cómo traducir MERCHANTABILITY? Esta frase es de un contrato de investigación entre una universidad y una empresa, específicamente de la cláusula donde se explica que la universidad no da garantías de los resultados de la investigación.

    Por otro lado, el Wiley's English><Spanish Business Dictionary by Steven M. Kaplan lo define como:
    merchantability = comerciabilidad
