Bonjour,

Now I'm faded and my strenght desert me...

Is it correct ?

Thanks

For "mes forces m'abandonnent", I propose: "my strength is leaving me".

Much more interesting is "je suis fané". Maybe "I'm past my prime..."? I'll think about it. I'm not quite satisfied with either of my suggestions.

My beauty is fading and my strength deserting me
    or
Beauty is fading and strength is deserting me (?)
I am chagrined. I think carolineR's suggestions are simpler. Another demonstration of how I can be misled by searching for an indirect translation!

    You may either say:
    1) "My beauty is fading and my strength is deserting me." OR
    2) "My beauty is fading and my strength deserting me."

Là vous me faites peur !
