Hello

"Is meticulous about how..." correct in the following correct?

"Since adults don't have as much free time as children have, they are meticulous about how to spend their free time."

Thanks

Grammatically, it is fine. I particularly approve of using 'have' twice to avoid ambiguity.

Yes, the sentence is correct. But I'd change a couple of things:

    1. Since adults don't have as much free time as children DO,.......

    2. "meticulous"....the word is "ok", but I think there are better choices: deliberate, discreet, attentive, heedful, etc.
