I am translating various texts from Spanish to English. Could somebody make sure I am correct?

    Spanish

¡Mi compañero de clase es un desastre! Siempre me pedir cosas:
dinero, comida, mi camisa favorita. Y después pierde todos mis cosas. Duerme todo el día, no cierra la puerta del baño nunca, y vuelve a casa muy tarde todas las noches. Pienso que voy a buscar otro compañero el próximo semetre.

I had trouble with this phrase.

    English

My classmate is a disaster! He always asks to borrow my things: money, food, mi favorite shirt. And after, he loses all my things. He sleeps all day, never closes the bathroom door, and returns to my house very late every night. I think that I am going to look for another companion the next semester.

Hi! I've changed mis cosas and I've written las instead, because you can replace " Mis cosas" with "las", so that your writing don't sound so repetitive. I hope it helps. Cheers! Juliet.
