mid-sized = mi fin?

Hello!
I want to translate "mid-sized company" to french, can i say compagnie mi-fin? Or there are others variants?

    As I understand it (but maybe I'm wrong ;) ) I'd rather translate it as "compagnie de taille moyenne"

    More technical, in France we call this companies "PME" wich means "Petites et Moyennes Entreprises".
    You can hear someone saying "Je travaille dans une PME" quite often.

    PME will do fine, but be careful! The headcount limit is different between the countries.
    US Mid sized businesses = 100 to 999 employees, whereas
    French PME = 50 to 250 employees
