Hi,
We want to encourage the local development of services such as finance and healthcare and encourage their sale both here at home and overseas as exports.
Look at [example] which has grown into a successful international company.
Their story started right here....to become successful internationally, most companies muse first be successful in their domestically.

What is meant by "most companies muse first be successful" please?

Thanks,

It is not about musing. It must be a typo: muse = must

And there is something else that sounds odd: 'in their' is out of place.

I agree: if "muse" is changed to "must" it becomes a very common phrase, that fits the context. And the sentence ending is wrong. It looks like the writer had two endings in mind, and mixed them.

...must first be successful in their domestically.:cross:
    ...must first be successful domestically.:tick:
...must first be successful in their home town.:tick:

Wait, should I say "home town" or "home city" or "home country". I'd better change "home town" to "domestically". There, that's better.

Ahhh, Doji has described the chain of thoughts and events that led to the second editing error, where we have both 'in their' and 'domestically'. :) Makes perfect sense now.
