multi-ethnic diversity

I'd like to ask you if there is something like multi-ethnic diversity. When I was searching the Internet, I just found 'multi-ethnic society'.

e.g. He was bewildered by the multi-ethnic diversity in London.

I'd be grateful for your replies.

Ethnic diversity is normal in talk about this kind of diversity, sunnyweather. It would sound strange to add multi to the adjective ethnic in that phrase. Multi-ethnic society is a way to label a society that is ethnically diverse.
