If the music is composed for the benefit of all dogs, all over the world, who are lucky enough to hear it, then "Music for dogs"

If the music has been written especially for the benefit of the composer's dogs then "Music for my dogs" or "Music for the dogs"

The use of 'the' indicates that we are referring to a specific set of dogs.

The absence of 'the' indicates that we are talking about dogs in general.
