Hi
Suppose I'm sitting in my room, preparing for my exams; someone is in another room, who has played the music very loud. I am feeling disturbance by this loud sound. I say: My ears are bursting due to this very loud sound.

Is this sound natural? if not, how can I express this feeling by some other idiomatic way?

Any suggestions?

Thanks all
Lun

    Is this sound natural?
No, Lun, it doesn't sound particularly natural to me. Here's what I would say: That loud music hurts my ears. I would only say this if the music really did "hurt my ears." Otherwise, I'd probably say this: That loud music is distracting. Will you please turn it down?
