Is it ok if I say like " stop worrying about your son. His behaviour/or action is natural in his age." Let me have your comments.

    Saying "his action" implies a single act of movement and can't be used in this context.

    Rather, as said, you can say:
    1) "his behaviour is natural for his age"
    2) "it's natural for him to act like that at his age"
    3) (possible but doesn't sound good) "these (sort of) acts are natural at his age"
