    Just a guess, but it looks like Spanish "toma te (lo) en culo", "take it up your arse". Not sure if that's a real expression in Spanish, I've rather heard "a tomar por culo".

    :warning: "Te lo metto in culo" (Italian) :warning: "Te lo meto en el culo" (Spanish) = "I stick it up your arse". All these expressions with "mettere" (to put/to stick/to shovel up) and "culo" (arse) are common swear expressions in both Standard Italian and the numerous Italian local languages. I don't know Neapolitan but the meaning of that sentence seems pretty obvious!
