Hey fellows!

Look at these 2 sentences from a Proficiency test book:
Yasmin doesn't relish living in a high-rise apartment and NEITHER do I.
Jenny hasn't been asked to work overtime and NOR should you be.

Why "neither" is used in the 1st and "nor" in the 2nd one? Could I use neither or nor in both cases? Is there a rule for that? I've been searching in other threads and English grammar websites, but I haven't found any explanation.

Thanks in advance!
