Q:I was too tired to help mom, and _____?
    A:neither were you.
    B:you were,too.
Why the answer is B not A?

"Neither" goes along with "not/no". If the Q was written differently, it would be correct. For example:

I was not able to help mom, and neither were you.

But "too tired" is not a "no/not" word, so can't be paired up with "neither".
