Is this sentence correct or does it need improvement?

    We look forward to promoting your property in the Puerta del Valle community of Murla, and are pleased to present our new and unique promotion campaign.

    What exactly did you mean by different? Different to your usual campaign (in which case a second adjective is redundant), or differnt to anyone else's campaign (in which case unique or original would be better)? As you have it, different just sounds very weak, as well as strange!

    Así le recomienda mi esposa que es una corredora de bienes raíces (real estate broker?). La segunda corrección es sólo para variedad.
